A little dab-l’doo-ya
A little tip I learned today that may be useful to others. I have a toaster oven and the hinges were making an awful squeaking sound. My first thought was “WD40!”… my second though was “hmmmm, I don’t think WD40 is food safe”. The answer? Olive oil! I dipped a cotton swab in a dab of olive oil, rubbed it on the squeaky hinge, and the problem was solved. Thank you Reddit! Worked like a charm.
